COVID-19 UPDATE

We understand that some clients may be concerned about having electrical work undertaken at this difficult time, even if it is emergency electrical works.

 

We want you to rest assured that your safety is paramount, therefore we will adhere to the following:

 

• Hand sanitiser will be used regularly

• Maintain a safe distance from any occupants

• We recommend that occupants stay in a different room to where works are being carried out

• Ensure good ventilation in the work area, including opening the windows

• Leave internal doors open where possible, to minimise contact with door handles

• No work will be carried out in any household where an individual is being shielded, unless the work is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household, such as emergency repair.

• Where required face covering can be worn along with gloves
